郭水霞,博士,教授,博士生导师。2007年晋升为副教授,2012年晋升为教授2010年入选“湖南省新世纪121工程人员”、“湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象”、“湖南师范大学青年优秀人才培养计划”,2013年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才培养计划”,2014年入选“湖南省普通高校学科带头人培养计划”,同年获得“湖南省杰出青年基金”,2015年入选湖南师范大学“十佳青年教工”。
