摘要：Thefirst part of this talk is about models in representation theory, including thecommon strategy on verifying multiplicity freeness of models. The second partconcerns the converse theorem on local gamma factors over finite and p-adicfields and related problems on distinction and Gauss sum formulas.

报告人简介：粘珠凤，现任台湾成功大学数学系教授。博士毕业于美国明尼苏达大学，师从国际著名数论专家江迪华教授。其主要研究方向为表示论与数论，研究课题包括Models of representations over finite and p-adic fields, local gammafactors and converse theorem，先后在J. Eur. Math. Soc., Amer. J. Math., J. Algebra等国际著名数学期刊上发表多篇论文。
