报告题目：Auslander-Reiten theory through triangulated categories

摘要：The Auslander-Reiten theory of almost split sequences and irreduciblemaps was originally studied in the representation theory of algebras and laterintroduced into other areas such as algebraic geometry and algebraic topology.In particular, the existence of almost split sequences and that of almost splittriangles have been established by numerous authors in various categories suchas module categories, abelian categories and triangulated categories. Workingwith extension-closed subcategories of triangulated categories, we shall beable to unify these existence theorems including Auslander's existence theoremof an almost split sequence in a module category over a ring and Krause'sexistence theorem of an almost split triangle in a triangulated category. Weshall also talk about a generalization of a Serre functor introduced by Reitenand Van den Bergh.

报告人简介：刘石平，加拿大魁北克Sherbrooke大学教授。湖南师范大学数学系首届研究生，英国利物浦大学博士。曾任挪威Tronheim大学高级讲师、新加坡国立大学讲师。主要从事代数表示论、导出范畴与Cluster范畴研究。
